This is the Guilford College water tower. I was driving to work thinking that I needed a photo for today's post, and glimpsed the water tower reflecting the late afternoon sun. I was sitting at a stoplight, so I grabbed my camera and got off one shot before the light turned green. Guilford College opened in 1837, and is the only Quaker-founded college in the Southeast.
