Your milkweed seeds are a pleasure to see. In south Florida I grow the plant(I think it's a tropical specie that I have). It grows all year and can bloom at any time. But in the last three years I have only seen some buds. The Monarch and the Queen butterfly eat all of the plant except the main stems. This happens every three months.

Great shot of the Butterfly weed seed pod! I think the seed pod's on plants are so beautiful, almost as beautiful as the flower! :)
